As a principal in the ownership of the project, Chris worked to win the ENR for a Senior residential project on 188 acres on the central California coast. He helped to design and entitle the map for 712 residential units and an assisted living facility. The joint venture partner eventually bought the project outright.

Secured entitlement for a 67 bed assisted living facility on four acres in Carmel, California. After purchasing the site, Chris solved numerous technical, resource, and utility challenges to gain approval for the project after 25 years of attempts by prior owner to develop the site. One of the partners bought the project after entitlement.
248 acre subdivision, California
Chris helped with political and regulatory knowledge to entitlement this project of 1050 homes.
69 acre subdivision, Salinas Valley, California
Chris contributed to the strategy to assemble a team to entitle this site, which had severe infrastructure constraints. Constraints were overcome but project stalled with real estate market downturn.
Numerous luxury custom homes, Monterey Peninsula, California
